1) Siesta Beach Area

2) Crescent Beach Area
With only one public access road, Crescent Beach offers a quieter, more secluded beach experience that is perfect for a romantic get-away or a peaceful family vacation. Just south of Siesta Beach, you’ll be close to all the shops, restaurants, and the exciting night life of Siesta Key Village and the Sarasota Mainland, but with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the soothing gulf breeze and breathtaking sunsets.

3) Turtle Beach Area
Turtle Beach is the southern tip of Siesta Key and it offers a sportier beach experience away from the crowds of the Public Beach area. Turtle Beach offers picnic areas, a playground, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, and fishing is permitted in nearby Blind Pass Lagoon.

4) Siesta Key Village Area
Siesta Key Village is a great place to enjoy nightlife on the key. You’ll be within walking distance of shopping, dining, and Siesta Public Beach, the #1 beach in the United States. The Village is just a short drive across the north bridge to Mainland Sarasota’s shopping, dining, museums, golf courses and an array of cultural offerings, including, opera, ballet, theaters and more.

5) Sarasota Mainland
The Sarasota Mainland offers dining opportunities from the very casual to 5-star rated, shopping, arts, culture and entertainment, including ballet, opera, and numerous theaters as well as a vibrant downtown area.
If you prefer to stay on the Mainland while visiting Siesta Key, there are two hotels near the south bridge; one of them is part of a chain, the other is locally owned. Rental homes, condos and apartments are also available throughout the area and some even offer public transportation to the beach. A property management company may be the best way to find them.
